These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by Mistriwale Services Private Limited (“Mistriwale”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website, mobile application, or service platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Mistriwale provides on-demand home services including but not limited to:

Carpenter

Plumbing

Electrician

AC Repair

Washing Machine Repair

CCTV Installation

Netting Solutions

Painting

Pest Control

And other home maintenance services

Mistriwale connects customers with verified vendors/service professionals (“Vendors”) who carry out the actual service.

2. Lead Booking & Service Orders

 

Customers can place requests:

Online (website/app)

Offline (phone or walk-in enquiries)

By booking a service, you agree to:

Provide accurate information

Allow the vendor to contact and visit your premises

Make the required payment after service completion

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing may vary depending on the type of service, materials, and labour.

Any additional material cost will be communicated prior to purchase.

Payments can be made via cash, UPI, online methods, or as defined by Mistriwale.

Mistriwale reserves the right to revise prices at any time.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are independent professionals.

Vendors must carry valid IDs and behave professionally.

Vendors must complete the service with skill and care.

Any misconduct must be reported to Mistriwale immediately.

5. Customer Responsibilities

 

Customers must:

Ensure safe access for the vendor

Provide accurate issue details

Not misuse vendor information

Ensure property safety during service

Mistriwale is not responsible for loss/damage caused by customer negligence.

6. Safety

 

Mistriwale verifies vendors through background checks, but customers must:

Stay alert during vendor visits

Keep valuables secured

Mistriwale is not responsible for incidents arising from misuse of vendor/customer interaction.

7. Liability

 

Mistriwale is a service aggregator and is not liable for:

Vendor performance

Damages caused by vendor actions

Delays due to unavoidable circumstances

Losses caused by incorrect customer instructions

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid to Mistriwale.

8. Warranty

Some services come with a warranty, depending on the type of work.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or natural wear & tear.

9. Cancellation

 

Customers may cancel service before vendor arrival.

Cancellation charges may apply if:

Vendor has already visited

Material has been purchased

Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Modifications

 

Mistriwale may modify the Terms anytime.

Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
